The goal of the Community of Practice is to build capacity among stakeholders to use natural and nature-based approaches to adapt to climate change. Currently, it is managed by the New Brunswick Environmental Network (NBEN) with funding from Infrastructure Canada and the New Brunswick Department of Environmental and Local Government, under the federal government’s Research and Knowledge Initiative program.  The current funding will continue through 2024, after which the NBEN is committed to working with interested partners and collaborators to continue the Community of Practice into the future.
